It's Saturday night and we have been working all day to finish packing our suitcases. We started this 3 weeks ago. I can't even remember what I have put in them. I pack them and Bob has to check to see what they weigh. He's getting tired of lifting bags. Boy at our age 50 lbs seems like a lot. We are so ready to be done with this part of our mission. There are so may things that have to be done to get ready to leave. We are on a spiritual high after the MTC. It's a good feeling. We are loving it.
This is an exciting way to experiece your mission with you. I didn't get to talk with you about the MTC, but it sounds like you had a fantastic experience. Today is Jake's 4th birthday. I can't believe he will be 5 1/2 by the time you guys get back. I hope your flight went well, and that you can get some rest after getting settled in. I love you both! have fun

Dad, we are so excited for you! I can hardly wait to hear about your flight --- I'm sure that was an adventure!
